Buffet breakfast to start

Freshly squeezed juices, Trewithen dairy milk, a wide choice of individually boxed cereals, Trewithen plain yogurts, Cornish Gwavas Cool Cow plain and fruity yogurts, homemade fruit compote, grapefruit segments, prunes, and a selection of freshly prepared Cornish Boddington strawberries, local raspberries and blueberries (when in season) and a selection of exotic fruits.

Oven baked tomatoes and mushrooms stacked up on a toasted wholemeal slice

Layers of Cornish yogurt, fresh fruit of the season and a crunchy breakfast cereal with a mix of cashews,brazils,hazelnuts and almonds

Freshly squeezed orange or grapefruit juice, bananas, Trewithen milk and mixed berries

The Cornish Full Hearty Breakfast
Locally produced by Charles Harris butchers, Tywardreath old fashion butchers sausages, Cornish hogs pudding, un-smoked dry cure green back bacon, large oven baked tomato, mushrooms, sautéed potatoes infused with mint, fried bread disc and Heinz baked beans.

A choice of healthy fried (using no fat or oil), scrambled, poached, or boiled free range organic eggs from Penquite Park, Trerulefoot.

A biome of traditional Cornish oak smoked Tregida Salmon and free range organic scrambled eggs from Penquite Park, Trerulefoot with a sprinkle of fresh parsley from our herb garden
